Middle Schools STRETCH Rube Goldberg Competion
Students from middle school STRETCH classes in the Mehlville School District filed into the cafeteria at Bernard Middle School after classes Tuesday, March 3.  There they unloaded tape, Popsicle sticks, plastic cups, rubber bands, and their collective knowledge about how things work.

STRETCH is the name of Mehlville’s gifted program.  Students had been scavenging at home to find materials to build a balloon-popper for the district middle school Rube Goldberg competition.
